Experience with data migration and validation during ICD upgrades is a plus Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst with a strong background in the medical or health insurance domain. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced analytics to provide actionable insights, optimize processes, and support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets from claims, policy, and member data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Design and implement advanced statistical models and predictive analytics for risk assessment and cost optimization.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, ICD codes etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including actuarial, underwriting, and IT to deliver data-driven solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, actionable manner.
- Ensure accurate mapping and transformation of diagnosis and procedure codes in claims and policy data.
