The role involves procurement, financial oversight, sales monitoring, administration, and team coordination to achieve event objectives.

Requirements :
1. Proven experience in business and project administration, preferably in event management.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis.
6. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
7. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, especially in Xpress Point operations.
8. Possession of a GDL license is an added advantage.
