Overview
As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will provide technical support to service technicians, maintain test stations, and work with the US tech support team and new product transfer to Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Failure / Repair Reports and other documents
Perform detailed Failure Analysis on the products and generate repair reports as required
Work with US Corporate technical support team on test stand installation and qualification to support new and existing products
Key technical interface between US Corporate Tech Support Team and Local Repair Team
Provide technical training on new and existing products to Service Technicians
Experience in RF and digital electronic products is preferred
