About The Job We are looking for an exceptional Head of HR and Ops to lead our human resources and operational efforts. This critical leadership role will shape our workforce and processes, ensuring they align with Kasagi Labo’s mission to innovate and scale. You’ll oversee HR strategies that attract top talent and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture, while driving operational excellence to support our rapid growth. Key Responsibilities

Design and execute HR strategies that reflect Kasagi Labo’s goals, values, and innovative spirit. Manage end-to-end recruitment Champion employee engagement programs Handle employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and legal compliance. Streamline operational processes Overseeing and streamlining payroll processes across multiple countries Qualifications

5+ years in HR and operations, including 1+ years in a leadership capacity. Proven success scaling HR and operations in a fast-paced, technology-driven setting. Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or HR tech tools and their applications. Proficiency with HR software (e.g., ATS, HRIS) and operational platforms. Outstanding leadership, communication, and collaboration skills across all organizational levels. Ability to manage complex priorities and deliver measurable results. Startup or high-growth company experience is a bonus. Must Have Traits
