Key Accountabilities

We are seeking a highly experienced individual as an Head Strategy & Operation . This position provides strategic and operational support at the organizational level. You will work closely with the C-Suite to administer key divisions, monitor business performance and KPIs, ensure business dashboard reporting are up to date and help drive corporate policies and strategies. Acting as a critical liaison between the C-Suite and internal teams. You will play a vital role in supporting the company’s objectives and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are key to success in this role.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the C-Suite in administering and coordinating internal management and operational activities in line with business objectives.
• Assist in the overseeing key business functions and units.
• Support the development, alignment, and implementation of corporate policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure performance targets are achieved.
• Assist in monitoring group risk portfolios and mitigation plans on behalf of the C-Suite.
• Assist in the formation of the annual corporate scorecard and business plan, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Coordinate and prepare reports, and updates on business development, market insights, and corporate initiatives.
• Facilitate the development of proposals and presentations for strategic collaborations.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, clients, and partners.
