Production Executive

Monitor daily production activities and ensure adherence to schedules

Coordinate with Procurement, QA, and Warehouse teams to ensure material readiness

Track production KPIs and prepare daily / weekly reports for management

Support implementation of SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives

Assist in troubleshooting production issues and escalating to relevant departments

Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards

What We’re Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or related field

2–4 years experience in manufacturing or production operations (FMCG preferred)

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with production planning systems and reporting tools

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate across departments

Willing to work shifts and weekends when required
