Core Responsibilities
- Food Preparation : Wash, peel, chop, and portion ingredients according to recipes and standards.
- Cooking : Assist senior chefs in preparing and cooking dishes, following established recipes and quality standards.
- Dish Plating : Plate both hot and cold dishes with a focus on presentation and consistency.
- Stock Management : Monitor and assist with ordering and proper storage of food items.
- Hygiene and Safety : Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, clean and sanitize the kitchen, tools, and equipment.
- Kitchen Operations : Set up and break down workstations, operate kitchen equipment safely, and report any maintenance needs.
