Penerangan pekerjaanProvide support to client via phone, email and remote access. To provide one-stop solution to all for customer inquiries while upholding KPIs targets. Log records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken. Answer all enquiries professionally and politely to provide information about our products and services or obtain details of complaints.
Requirements
- Diploma / degree in the fields of Business, IT or Finance / Accounting.
- Familiar with Accounting software i.e. AutoCount / ABSS or experience in software support will be an added advantage.
- Good command in spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu. Conversant in Cantonese / Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Service-minded & Analytical thinking.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Working hours : Monday - Friday
: 9 : 00am - 6 : 00pm
