Overview
Job Description : As a Project Manager, you will be chartered to lead, coordinate and drive cross-functional efforts in addressing UST business and technical needs. You will be working to strategically drive UST's top customer engagements and tactically drive product rollout deliverables and critical customer global issues to resolution. You will be expected to drive program schedules, comprehend internal and external challenges, assess risks and identify solutions to efficiently achieve program goals while maintaining quality standards. Effective communication to a broad range of stakeholders and project team members will be vital in the role. The candidate should also understand the technical concepts, development methods, and disciplines associated with the defined programs and applies the knowledge to successfully drive programs. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage multiple customer projects and their expectations, ensure all deliverables lead times are adhered to.
- Drive project deliverables, develop project plans and goals with realistic timeline and budget constraints.
- Identify resource needs, develop schedules and methods for measuring.
- Attend, interface and coordinate with customers in meetings, to define objectives, provide status updates, review project deliverables and quality.
- Conduct necessary regular meetings with Team Leads, project teams, identify conflicts and provide issue resolutions.
- Manage project metrics and assist PM in project coordination.
Qualifications & Requirements
Hold Bachelor in relevant field. Otherwise, may hold a relevant professional qualification.Experience or Practiced in BPO engagement model (Business Process Outsourcing).Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing multiple team projects (preferably engineering and technical fields).Experience conducting regular meetings with customers and stakeholders to discuss project requirements, success criteria, schedule, and responsibilities.Ability to identify and resolve potential complications and critical path issues within the project and collaborate with experts to develop solutions.Data driven, proven track record of developing methods to determine team performance by having a structured metrics for On-Time, High-Quality Delivery of Work while taking into account of service quantities, complexity of work and business priorities.Must be fluent in written and verbal English (local candidate preferred).#J-18808-Ljbffr
