Territory Sales Manager, North Malaysia

Overview

Sealed Air Malaysia is looking for a motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to help us to lead and manage the assigned business territory (Northern region) through existing customer growth, new customer wins, successful market penetration of new applications / innovations and / or new geographical expansions and by ensuring that the sales activities present Sealed Air as a highly professional competent and ethical company to our customers. Key Responsibilities

To achieve / exceed monthly and annual sales budgets. Grow the total sales revenue in the assigned geography. Develop strong relations with the key customers and the trade partners as to achieve a sustainable growth of our business Develop detailed business development plans and packaging industry profile for the region that can be used to focus our efforts to growth Inform and coordinate sector-based trade shows , activities and seminars Assist in developing relations with local industry alliances and associations. Render effective after sales service, installation and training to the customers Execute any other business-related task assigned from time to time. What We're Looking for in You

Possess a progressive management track record with accomplishment in growing and expanding sales and market leadership position. Self-starter with good salesmanship, strong integrity, high degree of flexibility and motivation, supportive, team player with dynamic personality, customer (internal and external) sensitivity. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
