Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to manage daily accounting operations and assist with e-invoice implementation. The ideal candidate will be familiar with SQL Accounting Software and basic accounting procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments)
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
- Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management
- Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, etc.)
- E-invoicing setup and submissions (MyInvois via LHDN)
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry in SQL Accounting Software
- Liaise with external parties (e.g. tax agent, auditor) when necessary
- Support ad-hoc tasks and finance-related duties as assigned
