What you'll be doing?

• Financial Reporting Support - Assist with the preparation of comprehensive financial statements and reports that support management decision-making and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Data Management & Record Keeping - Perform accurate data entry and maintain precise financial records to ensure the integrity of the company's financial information systems.
• Transaction Processing - Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently while ensuring proper documentation and adherence to established procedures.
• Bank Reconciliation & Monitoring - Reconcile bank statements and monitor company expenditures to maintain accurate cash flow tracking and financial oversight.
• Expense Management - Handle staff expense claims with meticulous attention to proper documentation and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Period-End Support - Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting cycles.
• Audit & Compliance Assistance - Support the finance team during audits and compliance-related matters, contributing to the maintenance of high accounting standards.
• Document Management - Maintain accounting documents and records with careful attention to completeness and accuracy for audit trails and regulatory requirements.
• Tax & Statutory Reporting - Assist in preparing tax filings and statutory reporting to ensure compliance with local regulations and deadlines.
• Specialized Software Management - Utilize QuickBooks and handle agency accounts when required, providing added value through specialized accounting software expertise.
