Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through close collaboration with end users and stakeholders.

• Coordinate with technical teams to support development, testing (SIT / UAT), and production release activities.
• Manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables to ensure successful on-time implementation.
• Serve as a bridge between business users and IT teams, ensuring effective communication and mutual understanding.
• Conduct user communication, requirement clarification, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support post-implementation review, issue tracking, and enhancement requests.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as requirement specifications, test plans, and progress reports.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
