Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) : Develop and manage budgets, forecast future financial performance, and analyze financial trends to identify improvement opportunities.
Financial Reporting : Prepare accurate financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) in compliance with accounting standards.
Cost Management : Identify and implement cost-saving measures to optimize expenses across departments.
Cash Flow Management : Monitor and manage company cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity.
Strategic Financial Advice : Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on financial implications of business decisions.
Team Leadership : Lead, manage, and develop the finance team to build a high-performing culture.
Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure adherence to financial regulations, manage audits, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement : Communicate financial performance and key metrics effectively to senior management, board members, and other stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in finance or accounting, with proven leadership in managing teams and overseeing complex financial operations.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial modeling, and forecasting .
Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
Good understanding of business strategy and operations .
Proficient in financial software and reporting tools , including Microsoft Office.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills , with the ability to influence decisions and build strong relationships across the business.
Results-oriented , with a focus on delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail , with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business requirements.
