岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities
Review procurement quotations submitted by departments to ensure cost reasonableness and compliance.
Guide and monitor tendering, quotation comparison, and procurement processes to ensure compliance and transparency.
Review contract documents and provide commercial and compliance input.
Coordinate supplier negotiations and support contract execution.
Participate in cost control and commercial strategy discussions, supporting the Department Manager.
任职要求 / Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Management, or related fields preferred.
3–5 years of relevant experience in contracts, tendering, or procurement; prior experience in the education sector is an advantage.
Familiar with Malaysia’s tendering and procurement processes, with strong contract and quotation review skills.
Strong communication and coordination skills; proficiency in English and Malay, with Mandarin language ability as an added advantage.
