Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in managing daily operations by coordinating appointments, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role also involves collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth communication, preparing sales documentation, and assisting in the implementation of sales strategies. A focus on providing excellent customer service and meeting organizational sales goals is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Coordination, Sales, and Sales Operations
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with attention to detail
• Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
• Familiarity with sales management tools or CRM systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
