Manage and co-ordinate day-to-day activities for sales department such as preparing quotations, tenders, sales agreements / orders, sales reports, etc.
Handle sales processing activities and documentation, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information to respective sales manager and personnel.
Responsible for PO and PR checking and approval.
Understanding and filtering webpage inquiries such as customer needs and requirements before forwarding to the direct sales team to follow up.
Respond to and handle complaints and queries from customers in a courteous, enthusiastic manner and provide after-sales support when requested.
Monitor all sales team’s productivity status, schedule appointments, and inform management of any shortcomings.
Liaise with related departments for the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare business correspondence e.g., letters, emails, minutes of meetings.
Assist Sales Manager with scheduling, events coordination, meetings, and follow-ups.
Possess a Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
2 years of relevant working experience; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Aggressive, self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure.
Good customer service skills, including exceptional verbal and written communication skills with problem-solving capability.
