Responsibilities
- Promptly respond to after‑sales service requests from international clients and handle robot after‑sales service tasks.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with clients, conducting regular communication and after‑sales follow‑ups.
- Conduct robot delivery training for customers and assist the supervisor in improving and continuously enhancing the robot training system.
- Provide technical consultation services related to robots for customers.
- Assist customers with robot teaching and programming debugging work.
- Follow established procedures to escal‑ate issues that cannot be personally resolved to relevant personnel or supervisors, and track progress until the problem is solved.
- Collect, organize, analyze, and provide feedback on data.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field. Educational requirements may be flexibly adjusted for exceptionally qualified candidates.Basic understanding of collaborative or industrial robots; proficiency in PLC programming preferred. Experience in robot after‑sales service or debugging preferred. Familiarity with Linux operating system preferred.Strong “customer‑first” service mentality, creating value for clients through efficient and high‑quality service.Personal traits : optimistic, proactive, calm, good listener, empathetic, and quick‑thinking.Strong verbal and written communication skills; standard Mandarin and fluent spoken English as working languages.Willingness to accept business trips.Seniority level
