Key Responsibilities
Responsible in the achieving sales for The Top Penang (including theme parks and F&B outlets) which includes setting sales goals, recommending promotion packages and determining which products the company emphasizes based on ease of sale or profit margin.
Develop prospect for new business through direct telephone solicitations and direct visitations.
Implement sales strategies to achieve sales target as determined.
Consistently manage existing clients and secure new and potential clients to generate sales revenue.
Negotiate and close sales deal with prospective clients in a timely and effective manner.
To be in charge of events under your care, ensuring excellent service is given to customers and ensuring to obtain feedback from client after end of event.
Job Requirement
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Tourism / Hospitality or F&B
Multilingual in BM and English. Other languages is an added advantage.
2 year working experience in hotel / hospitality field.
Aggressive and sales driven to achieve set targets
Able to work 5 days, and to work on weekends if needed due to event requirements.
