직무 설명 : Key Responsibilities

• Account Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with major clients to understand their needs and ensure service excellence.
• Sales Strategy : Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and develop strategies to capture new business.
• Negotiation : Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions to secure profitable agreements.
• Collaboration : Work closely with operations, marketing, and support teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
• Performance Tracking : Monitor account performance and provide insights to senior management regarding account health and potential risks.
• Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market trends.
