Accounting Administrator

Job Overview : As an Accounting Administrator, you will manage client databases, prepare invoices, handle compliance tasks, and provide administrative support across accounting operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Maintain MYOB and Xero client database
- Liaise with Directors, Accountants, and ATO
- Type letters and reports as required
- Prepare and issue invoices, billings, and disbursements
- Use ATO and ABR Portal for lodgments and queries
- Collate client EOY jobs
- Liaise with ASIC for business name registration, updates, and cancellations
- Set up and update Company, Trust, and Self-Managed Superannuation Fund structures
- Perform other duties as reasonably directed by the manager
- Manage client off-boarding

1-2 years of relevant prior experiencePrior experience using MYOB AE (Accountants Enterprise) and XeroPrior experience using the ATO PortalBackground in administration within an accounting environmentProficiency in Word and Excel for creating and formatting contentExperience with ASIC Company Secretarial requirementsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently with initiativeProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsStrong problem-solving skills and time managementAbility to collaborate effectively at all levelsPersonal Qualities
