We are seeking a proactive IT PMO Business Analyst with expertise in governance, policies, and process documentation to support our Post-Merger Integration team. This role involves developing governance frameworks, facilitating requirements gathering, authoring policies, designing templates, analyzing processes, and ensuring compliance within the PMO. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain PMO governance frameworks, including policies, SOPs, and templates. Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather and analyze business requirements. Author clear policies, guidelines, and process documentation. Design and manage project management templates for consistency. Analyze and optimize existing PMO processes for efficiency and compliance. Use project data to identify trends and recommend improvements. Maintain organized documentation and contribute to the knowledge base. Support business case development with a focus on governance impact. Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution. At least 5 years of experience in business analysis methodologies and techniques (e.g., UML, process modeling). Experience in developing and maintaining PMO governance frameworks. Knowledge of PMI PMBOK principles. Post-Merger Integration experience. Proven ability to author policies, guidelines, and templates. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Familiarity with project management methodologies. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Self-motivated with minimal supervision. Benefits
