IT Business Analyst (REF02)

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in any field
• 2 solid years of relevant working experience, preferably working as business analyst, system analyst, product analyst, functional consultant, etc
• Candidates should be versatile and independent in picking up new technology, and possess strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills
• Able to do flowcharting and business process analysis
• Ability to grasp and understand business requirements
• Enjoy solving real-world problems, applying new technology and creating new software / SaaS products
• Good communication and interpersonal skills as you are expected to liaise / interface with customers / end-users (including doctors, nurses, social workers and healthcare professionals)
• Excellent professional and working attitude
• Proficient with MS Office Applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc)
• Meticulous, good organisational and documentation skills
