Order Management Specialist - Mandarin Speaker

Penerangan pekerjaanProcess customer purchase orders accurately and timely in the ERP system, ensuring alignment with pricing, product availability, and delivery terms. Act as the primary point of contact for order-related inquiries from Mandarin-speaking customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders. Monitor and manage the full order-to-cash process, including order confirmation, delivery coordination, invoicing, and returns. Liaise with supply chain, warehouse, finance, and logistics teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment and resolve any order discrepancies or delays. Communicate order status updates, shipping schedules, and product availability clearly to customers and internal teams. Maintain accurate customer records, order documentation, and reporting dashboards as required. Assist in managing backorders, inventory allocation, and urgent requests to ensure high customer satisfaction. Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities by ensuring order accuracy and data completeness. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance order processing efficiency and customer experience. Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in order management, customer service, or sales operations in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to support Mandarin-speaking customers and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and order management tools.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Contract : 12 Months
