Electrical Engineer

Overview

Candidate must possess at least a AO or above Chargeman Level, oversee electrical panel, 415V MSB and scheduled maintenance.

Coordinate and lead the maintenance team on all machine / facilities breakdowns and maintenance inspections involving critical machine parameters and critical spare parts management.

Perform root cause analysis activities for production issues and develop solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the maintenance team on all machine / facilities breakdowns and maintenance inspections involving critical machine parameters and critical spare parts management.
• Perform root cause analysis activities for production issues and develop solutions.
• Work with production team to execute improvement projects, and coordinate with vendors.
• Oversee new fabrication projects, continuous improvement projects and plant set-up for the company.
• Conduct daily routine checks and ensure maintenance team carry out daily and preventive maintenance duties.
• Liaise with external electrical vendors, suppliers, contractors or government-related departments.
• Experience in PLC programming, electrical circuits and instrumentation.
• Able to be on call for emergencies 24 / 7.
• Willing to travel.
• With min AO Chargeman Level.
