Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations : Responsible for maintaining personnel records, employee movements, terminations, and new hires in related systems.
- Data accuracy : Ensure employee data are updated accurately and timely in systems.
- Data integrity : Perform periodic audits on data accuracy between systems.
- Record management : Manage systematic records for employee personnel files and other HR related documents in a timely manner.
- HR communications : Issue all HR letters to staff members, such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and reference letters.
- Query management : Proactively monitor the Shared Services team Inbox and respond to queries in a timely, accurate, and customer-focused manner following best practices.
- Collaboration : Work closely with HRBP related to HR operations matters.
- Employee inquiries : Handle queries from employees on HR administrative questions.
- Reporting : Provide monthly reports as scheduled from systems and ad-hoc reports as requested by stakeholders.
- Payroll support : Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information during payroll processing.
- SOP and scope : Review and enhance the current SOP and maintain the job scope within SLA.
- Autonomy : Able to work with minimum supervision in HR Operations function.
- HR systems : Apply technical knowledge of HR cloud-based management systems.
- Issue escalation : Escalate non-standard / exception handling requests to HR Operations Manager.
- Problem resolution : Manage issues with a collaborative and timely approach towards resolution.
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR operations.Languages : English; Mandarin is an additional advantage.Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, SharePoint, and MS Office.Bachelor’s Degree.Good communication skills, both verbal and written.We are constantly looking for passionate and enthusiastic people with the energy and drive to build relationships and networks.
