Serve as Account Manager to Corporate Customers Request and prepare business processes, including quotations and tender submission for new projects Manage customers' credit status and sales orders, customer services and support, and ensure schedule delivery on time after sales Upgrade and adhere to SOPs to maintain ERP data integrity and operation efficiency
