Job Responsibilities
- Manpower Planning & Coordination.
- Recruitment Support (End-to-End) – manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions, including :
- Talent research and manpower planning.
- CV and phone screening, interview scheduling, interviewing, and demo coordination as required
- Reference checks (where applicable), salary proposals, and offer letter preparation.
- Expat recruitment administration (interviews, documentation, and hiring process).
- Recruitment reporting, employee master list updates, and P-file preparation.
- SOP Maintenance & Compliance.
- Assist during career fairs, team events, or office culture shoot days.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new employer branding ideas.
- Support the creation of content to attract young talents (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, XiaoHongShu).
- Improvement projects and special assignments for development.
- Any tasks or projects as assigned by the superiors / Company.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, statistics or any discipline.At least 1 year experience in recruitment.A problem solver with a resilient mindset.Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.Note : Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
