Your Key Responsibilities

Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)

Perform bank reconciliations across multiple companies.

Reconcile subsidiary accounts, including coach operations and property divisions.

Prepare and maintain a full set of accounts for both Australian and Malaysian entities.

Develop and present management reports and financial statements.

Support year-end closing and liaise with auditors.

Stay current and proactive on accounting affairs and regulatory updates like e-invoicing— not just knowing what to do, but how to get it done efficiently .

Act as the commercial accounting partner for business operations.

3+ years of accounting experience across various industries.
