Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical discipline Minimum 1‑2 years of relevant working experience in a similar field Fresh graduate is welcome – training will be provided Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics and drawings Effective communication and customer service skills to liaise with clients Possess own vehicle and able to work at Elmina Business Park, Sungai Buloh A valid driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites as required Ability to work independently and as part of a team
We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our growing team at Flovaco Sdn Bhd in Sungai Buloh, Selangor. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our range of valve products. This is a full‑time position that will allow you to leverage your field engineering expertise to ensure our customers receive exceptional service and support. Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site inspections, troubleshooting and repairs of valve devices
- Provide technical advice and solutions to customers to resolve operational issues
- Perform scheduled maintenance to keep equipment running optimally
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to enhance customer experience
- Stay up to date with the latest product developments and industry trends
