Job Description

Develop and design architectural plans and concepts in line with client requirements and project specifications.

Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations using relevant design software.

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure design accuracy and project progress.

Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction and ensure compliance with approved designs.

Assist in preparing tender documents, reports, and project presentations.

Ensure all designs comply with local building regulations, codes, and safety standards.

Participate in design meetings and provide creative input throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.

Salary : RM2,600 (Fresh Graduate) – RM4,000 (Experienced, 3 years)

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (starting salary : RM2,600).

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience for higher-level consideration (salary up to RM4,000).

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural design software.

Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.
