We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager with 5–8 years of progressive HR generalist experience to lead and oversee the HR functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and practices that support business objectives, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior management to align HR initiatives with overall business strategy.
- Provide advice and support to management on HR best practices, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and career development initiatives.
- Promote a positive work environment and resolve employee issues promptly and fairly.
- Implement employee engagement programs to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
- Manage disciplinary and grievance procedures in compliance with company policies.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain HR records and documentation with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and rewards programs.
- Benchmark compensation and benefits packages to ensure competitiveness.
- Recommend adjustments and improvements based on market trends and employee feedback.
- Identify training needs and design relevant development programs.
- Coordinate workshops, seminars, and e-learning opportunities to enhance employee skills.
- Support leadership development and succession planning.
- Oversee HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy of employee records.
- Generate HR metrics and reports to support business decisions.
- Drive process improvements and digitalization of HR functions.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Bachelor’s degree / HR certifications preferred).5–8 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and regulatory requirements.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Proficient in Microsoft, Excel and PowerPointStrong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a hands-on approach.Employment type
