Overview
We are seeking a versatile and proactive HR Manager with 2-7 years of experience to manage our full spectrum of HR operations. The ideal candidate will be a crucial part of our team, ensuring smooth and effective HR processes. You must be fluent in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse team and stakeholders. You will be the go-to person for all HR matters, from policy development and payroll administration to talent acquisition and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with Malaysian employment laws.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Ensure all HR practices are fair, consistent, and aligned with company culture.
- Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process accurately and on time, in coordination with finance or external vendors.
- Administer employee benefits, including medical insurance, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, selection, and offering.
- Develop effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires seamlessly into the company.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and effective communication.
- Handle employee grievances with sensitivity and professionalism.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Must have a minimum of 2 years of in-house HR experience, with a total experience not exceeding 7 years.Proven, hands-on experience in policy formulation, payroll processing, and end-to-end recruitment.Non-negotiable fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken, written, and read). This is required to manage communications with local and regional teams / stakeholders.In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labour laws (Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.).Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.What We Offer
