Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in operations, logistics, or manpower-related industries. Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills. Willing to work extended hours or travel outstation as required. Possess own transport with valid driving license Preferably own motorbike is a must Opportunities for promotion
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Supervisor
- Plan, organize, and supervise day-to-day operational activities across assigned hostel inspection around the regional sites.
- Monitor staff attendance, deployment, and task execution to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure all operations are carried out in compliance with Company SOPs.
- Take care the welfare of foreign staff
- Handle urgent operational issues and provide solutions with minimal disruption.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
