Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Regional Regulatory Affairs team across Southeast Asia, while also serving as the Country Regulatory Manager for Malaysia and the Philippines.
- Ensure licenses to operate in both countries are maintained and compliant with local regulations.
- Develop and execute the regulatory strategy for the Southeast Asia pipeline and portfolio, supporting business growth through sustainable stewardship practices such as safe label use.
- Attract, develop, and retain talent within the regulatory team to ensure long‑term success and compliance.
- Prepare and submit regulatory dossiers and act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities and third‑party partners for registration and defense strategies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align regulatory plans with business goals.
- Monitor and interpret local regulatory trends, providing early warnings and insights to adapt strategies and maintain compliance and competitiveness.
- Represent Envu in key industry groups and forums to influence and stay ahead of regulatory developments.

Degree in agriculture, physical, or natural sciences.Undergraduate plus 8+ years of experience, MS plus 6+ years of experience, or PhD plus 2+ years of experience.Comprehensive experience in regulatory affairs with over 10 years of knowledge of all regulatory‑relevant scientific subjects, and in‑depth knowledge of business strategy and goals.Excellent strategic and customer‑oriented mindset.Ability to work in a multi‑functional environment and manage ambiguity in a high‑pace environment.Managerial and leadership skills in leading and developing a multicultural team of experts.Excellent communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills.Ability to delegate and problem‑solve.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Benefits & Culture
