Penerangan pekerjaan

Menyediakan anggaran kos awal (preliminary cost estimation).

Menyediakan Bill of Quantities (BQ) dan tender documents.

Menyemak dan menilai sebut harga kontraktor / subkontraktor.

Menyediakan cash flow projection.

Memberi nasihat tentang kos, kaedah pembinaan dan pilihan bahan.Menyediakan progress claim kepada pihak klien.

Menilai dan mengesahkan progress claim kontraktor.

Menyediakan variation order (VO) – bila ada perubahan kerja atau bahan.

Menyemak dan mengawal kos projek supaya tidak lari dari bajet.

Menyediakan laporan kos bulanan.

Menyediakan final account (akaun muktamad projek).

Menyelesaikan semua tuntutan kos, termasuk retention sum.

Menyediakan laporan keseluruhan kos untuk rujukan klien.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : RM1, RM1,900.00 per month
