PRE-CONTRACT
- Review tender Documents and prepare Bill of Quantity (BOQ).
- Request quotation / enquiry for every trade of works.
- Prepare cost estimates for projects, including materials, labor and sub-contractor works.
- Attend tender interview and revise submission. (if needed)
POST-CONTRACT
To prepare material order list for procurement.Compare quotations from sub-contractor and prepare for award.Request & prepare material sample submission and alternative proposal. (if needed)Submission of main progress claim and sub-contractor claim.Set budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials.Track changes between tender and construction drawing for Variation Order (VO).Meeting / negotiate with contractors and subcontractors.Document progress, materials, and reports on project.Coordinating and keep track of construction materials ordered.Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.Visit Site as and when required to take measurements and monitor progress.Prepare final account.Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Superior.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
