Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a team of Mortgage Loan Officers, Processors, and Administrative Staff.
  • Develop business plans, set performance targets, and monitor branch or agency performance metrics.
  • Foster a culture of professionalism, integrity, and customer service excellence.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions to ensure staff growth and goal achievement.
