What are you accountable for?
Set and drive individual sales targets with each assigned partner.Develop partner business plans; review weekly and course-correct as needed.Act as coach and trainer : deliver high-impact monthly sales training and portal proficiency sessions.Execute aggressive “Go-to-Market” activities : roadshows, seminars, and customer workshops with partners.Collaborate on closing high-value accounts side-by-side with partners, focusing on solutions especially DIA.Capture market intelligence : competitor moves, pricing trends, and emerging tech; feed insights to HQ.Engage partners weekly on pipeline reviews, motivation, and performance tracking.Act as partner champion internally — remove obstacles, fast-track support, and recognize wins.What do you need to have for this role?
Bachelor’s Degree, specialized in Sales and Channel Management.Relevant Experience : 1 to 3 years in channel management.Candidate needs to have an acute sense of business savvy and be able to grow and develop strong channels.What’s next?
