Responsibilities
- As a Senior Advance Application / System Sales Engineer, you will lead the development of comprehensive proposals and quotations for a wide range of aftermarket services and products.
- Provide detailed quotations for required spare parts based on complex customer requests and specific system specifications.
- Formulate service agreement proposals that clearly define scopes of work, deliverables, and pricing structures tailored to client needs.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with customers to comprehensively understand their needs and expectations.
- Stay current with product developments, understanding the competitive landscape, and identifying opportunities for system enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and project management, to gather critical data and insights for compelling proposals.
- Oversee the maintenance and updating of a repository of past proposals and templates, ensuring they are readily accessible for future projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field).5-10 years of progressive experience in proposal writing, engineering, sales support, or related roles, with a strong understanding of aftermarket dynamics.Comprehensive familiarity with aftermarket products and services.Understanding of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems and configuration-based control systems in industrial automation processes and control systems.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality solutions.About Honeywell
