Dispatch cum Warehouse Assistant

Job Description :

• Have knowledge on the brands and products that are sold
• Manage local warehousing activities
• Stock count and auditing daily stock take and prepare stock reports
• Picking and packing for despatch / Courier pick up
• General stock cleanliness
• Manage local delivery activities
• To complete daily delivery tasks and make sure goods are delivered in good and safe condition
• To ensure proper and accurate handover is done for every delivery to the correct customer
• To ensure documentation is complete after every delivery and submit stamped and signed DO to warehouse manager
• Work closely with sales team to ensure packing arrangements satisfies customer requirements and company SOP
• Perform administrative duties and report on job assignments on daily basis
• Track and report all warehouse related activities
• To provide administrative support for all warehouse-related activities
• Participate in trade exhibitions, events, demonstrations and other related activities as assigned by manager
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
