We are looking for a dedicated, experienced, and detail-oriented full-time family tutor to provide academic support and comprehensive daily guidance for children. This role will be responsible for managing the child's academic schedule, coordinating extracurricular activities, and facilitating effective communication between home and school. Below are the detailed responsibilities and requirements for this position.

Job Responsibilities

School Pickup and Drop-off

• Ensure safe, timely pickup and drop-off for the child every day.
• Pickup time is scheduled between 4 : 15 pm and 5 : 30 pm each evening, with flexibility on weekends and holidays as needed.

Learning Management and Communication

Position Requirements

Relevant Tutoring or Teaching Experience : Proficiency in tutoring language, math, and Chinese subjects, with a proven track record of helping students succeed academically.

Patience and Communication Skills : Ability to connect with the child and engage in meaningful interactions, along with effective communication and coordination with parents and school staff.

Dependability and Flexibility : A strong sense of responsibility and adaptability to meet the demands of pick-ups, tutoring, and family communication requirements.

Strong Foundation in Core Subjects : Knowledge of primary and middle school curriculum to assist in building the child's skills systematically.

Time Management Skills : Ability to organize the child's learning, lifestyle, and extracurricular activities for balanced development.
