Senior Maintenance Planner (Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities to minimise operational disruptions and maximise asset reliability across all sites.
• Develop and manage multi‑year asset strategy plans, including annual and five‑year non‑growth CAPEX forecasts, especially for critical systems (e.g., HVAC, fuel, refrigeration).
• Maintain accurate records and systems, including CMMS updates, Building Condition Audits (BCA), asset listings, and job plans for all maintenance works.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance operations, liaising with internal teams and contractors to ensure timely execution, proper resource allocation, and safety compliance.
• Track maintenance KPIs and performance data, analyse trends, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives aligned with operational and financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory, health & safety, and environmental regulations, conducting audits and supporting QSHE initiatives across the portfolio.
• Manage procurement processes for maintenance services and materials, including vendor sourcing, contract negotiations, and performance monitoring via SLAs and KPIs.
• Support budgeting and financial administration, including maintenance cost tracking, invoice verification, and identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
• Prepare and present management reports on maintenance performance, asset condition, risk areas, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and coordination to the site team, fostering collaboration, ensuring high performance, and managing system tools like Oracle and SAP effectively.
