Customer Service process knowledge, passionate in delighting customers by rendering excellent support Knowledge of Order management system, Eg : SAP, Model N, Oracle. Fluent in English & Chinese in both oral and written. Japanese language is a plus Must possess strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills. Excel proficiency
CONTRACT : 6 Months and Extendable
Max Salary : RM4000 - RM4500 per month
Location : Bayan Lepas

Customer Service Representative role is the tactical first level support contact for order placement and fulfilment for both direct and distribution customers. You will represent Renesas with the customer ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through clear and accurate communication and problem resolution.
Job Description
- Quote & Debit review in Quoting system
- Standard order management including expedites / pull ins / cancellation / push outs.
- Support Customer's RMA & other RMA related FA support.
- Support review of account booking / backlog / billing with Sales.
- Other ad-hoc support covering free of charge sample tracking for Distributors, customer questionnaires & other EHS / technical matters.
- Partner with Sales to manage all Renesas communications with Distributors / customers.
- Renesas contact for Distributors and Sales for any other topics.
