Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead the finance and accounting functions, reporting directly to the CFO . This role is critical in providing accurate financial reporting, robust analysis, and strategic guidance to support the group's business objectives and ensure compliance within the property development and construction industries .

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with MFRS and local statutory requirements.
• Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic business decisions.
• Manage project-specific finance activities, including project financing, feasibility studies , and project cash flow management .
• Develop and implement strong internal controls and maintain accuracy in financial reporting.
• Liaise effectively with external stakeholders, including bankers, auditors, and regulators .
• Lead, mentor, and manage a finance team to ensure high performance and productivity.
