We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Human Resources Intern
to support our HR team in a manufacturing environment. The intern will assist in
recruitment, employee engagement, training coordination, HR documentation, and external liaison with government departments or agencies
Responsibilities
recruitment process
: job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
onboarding activities
for new hires, interns, and contract workers.
HR documentation, employee records, and attendance data
HR administrative tasks
, including leave management, overtime tracking, and compliance reporting.
employee engagement activities
such as company events, training, and welfare programs.
official dealings with government departments, statutory bodies, and external agencies
(e.g., immigration, labor office, PERKESO, EPF, MITI, etc.).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
; familiarity with HR systems is a plus.
