Supervisor, Packing

Penerangan pekerjaanOversee daily packing output, operation, process, and activities. Ensure output meets target set. Control and report packing output, packing efficiency and gloves quality to superiors. Control and report packing material usage and wastage as per target. Monitor and control packed gloves quality. Ensure the product meets customer requirements and standards. Patrol and inspect overall packing machines and process to ensure under control. Assist in packing improvement plan and execute necessary actions in support to department KPI target. Provide gloves quality feedback and information to Production department for necessary improvement actions. Maintain and control GMP and 5S at workplace. Any other related duties that may be given by management from time to time.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum SPM level or its equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in gloves manufacturing is an added advantage.
- Computer literate — i.e., MS Excell, Words.
- Able to write and read in Bahasa Malaysia and English
