Senior Specialist / Specialist, Asia Procurement

Role Value Proposition

MetLife is seeking a Senior Specialist to join our Asia Procurement team. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence across supplier management, procurement systems, contract governance, and compliance reporting. You will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless procurement operations and adherence to regulatory and corporate standards and supports procurement operations in Korean market.

You must be a fluent Korean speaker. Candidates with no experience can be considered at Specialist level.

Key Responsibilities

• Support procurement operations and risk controls.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with MetLife's Third-Party Risk Management framework.
• Monitor and report on procurement performance metrics and spend analytics.
• Ensure sustainability and supplier diversity principles are upheld.
• Provide system insights and ensure full utilization of procurement platforms like SAP Ariba, Beeline.
• Ensure to provide services as helpdesk and system operator of 3rd party management system Beeline and other procurement related system to both internal stakeholders and external suppliers
