The position is for a QC Leader responsible for coordinating quality control activities across incoming, in-process, and final inspection, as well as ensuring quality of purchased and finished goods. The role includes leading the QC team and liaising with all departments to maintain quality standards. Responsibilities

Coordinate and arrange QC team activities for Incoming, In-process, and Final Inspection and the FA part project. Responsible for approving first production parts as required by production and advising on issues accordingly. Ensure quality in the product and services of the company. Monitor every process involved in the production of a product. Ensure the quality of purchased goods as well as finished goods. Recommend reprocessing of low-quality products. Document inspections and tests conducted on products. Maintain checklists of inspection processes and protocols used within the company. Identify quality-related problems and issues and make recommendations to higher authorities. Maintain device history records and previous documentation of a product for future reference. Liaise with all departments. Authority : Appoint QC Inspectors; Stop unsatisfactory work; Reject non-conforming products; Perform other authority tasks as assigned by a superior / HOD from time to time. Job Requirements

Diploma / Certificate in Engineering with 2 years of working experience. Proficiency in English. Awareness of computers and related utilities is mandatory for the QC Inspector. Positive attitude; able to work independently with minimum supervision. Capable of operating CMM and troubleshooting CMM dimension failures or CMM programming. Coordinate and lead the QC team in daily activities. Benefits
