This position will be based under Quality Assurance Section 2.

Job Description : -

Prepare & follow up vendor audit.

Prepare & follow up Internal, External Audit and Regulatory Audit Corrective & Preventive Action Plan (CAPA).

Manage Risk Management Plan and filling of reports compiled by respective Sections.

Review the need in update Risk Management Plan according to latest requirement.

To prepare Product Quality Review Schedule (PQR) Schedule.

To collect and organize all quality assurance data associated with PQR, provide summaries of results, and generate conclusions and recommendations reflecting the data.

To prepare Annual Review Report and Prod-uct Quality Review Summary.

Job Requirements : -

Demonstrate knowledge in Quality assurance, regulatory requirements, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP & ISO 13485).

Able to communicate well with co-relevant Section(s) and follow up for all relevant task as-signed.

Excellent data collection and analysis skills

Must be detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks

Able to perform task independently
